Gilles Séguin has specialized in securities, mergers, acquisitions, and corporate law for over 30 years. He is the head of the securities division at BCF. He represents numerous foreign companies from Europe and the United States as well as wealthy individuals who wish to establish themselves in Canada.

He is on the Board of Directors of multiple public and private organizations, and advises various audit and governance committees. He also serves on the Private Capital Market Association’s Board of Directors.

Mr. Séguin has a law degree from Laval University and is a member of the Quebec Bar.
